SVPRET Application's Privacy Policy

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust (SVPRET) respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use SVPRET's services. Individually identifiable information about you is not wilfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

What Information Do We Collect?: Except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information, we do not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, mobile number etc.). SVPRET notes and saves information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address with each query.

SVPRET does not collect all financial information such as your credit card information or bank details. Any information so fed is directly on the web page of the relevant Bank.

The KYC material submitted by the user is saved along with all information provided by you to SVPRET such as your name, mobile number, email address etc. It is saved solely with the purpose of verifying our records and to provide more relevant services to users. It is not used or accessed unless required to verify the identity of the user or otherwise in accordance with law. It is also not sold or otherwise parted with any other third party. This KYC information is stored remotely and not by SVPRET or the State of Gujarat. Whilst, reasonable care is taken to ensure the safety of such material, ultimately the third party is liable for all safety such information.

With Whom Does SVPRET Share Information?: SVPRET will not share your personal data with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties without your express consent. However, we may divulge aggregate information about our users. For example, we may disclose how frequently the average user uses the app or takes to make a booking, or the age distribution of our aggregate customer set. Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, court order etc. Third parties who manage and store the data of not have access to any of your personal information.

Your consent and changes to the Privacy Policy: By using the SVPRET App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this policy and to our Terms & Conditions. SVPRET may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
